Welcome to the "2004 Greater Pearl River Delta On-Line Investment Seminar". Below is a Guest's Guide for the seminar. Please follow the instructions.

I. How to join in the seminar?

1. Access the website http://www.thegprd.com/cn/.
2. Click the animation of the "2004 Greater Pearl River Delta On-Line Investment Seminar" at the right top of the page to enter the homepage of the seminar.
3. Click the link of "Go to the On-line Seminar" at the left top of the seminar homepage to enter the seminar venue page.

II. How to Register?

1. Click the link of "register" on the seminar venue page to enter the "register" page. Fill in the relevant information as required and register your UserName and Password;
2. Please note:
      --The user name can be either in Chinese or in English. The acceptable user name should contain no more than 25 Chinese characters or 50 English letters. You can pick a password made up of no more than 20 English letters or digits.
       -- The guest should choose "Guest" of the "User Type" on the page. Once you have finished your registration, you can use this user name and password to access the consultation service. (The UserName of the "User Type" of "Consultant" should be confirmed by the webmaster before it can be used.)
       -- After filling in your information, tick the "You have read and understand the Privacy Policy" choice below, and your registration has been successfully accepted. (Content of the "You have read and understand the Privacy Policy" notice: By submitting your registration information, you indicate that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy. Your submission of this form will constitute your consent to the collection and use of this information.)
3. After the successful registration, there appears a notice "You have registered as a Guest Successful, UserName is ***, you can login now". Click "Confirm" to enter the seminar venue page.

III. How to ask a question/post?

1. Click the link of "login" on the seminar venue page to enter the "Login System" page. Fill in your UserName and Password as required. Click "Submit" and back to the seminar venue page. For those unregistered users, please register your UserName and Password at the "register" area first.
2. Click "post" on the left top of the page to enter the "post" page, choose your "Designated Answering Party', "Business Nature" and "Nature", fill in the "Topic" area and "Content", then click "Submit" to go back to the seminar venue page. Your question is now shown on the page. (Users who haven't logined cannot see the "post" button on the page.)

IV. How to raise questions regarding the answered ones?

1. Click "login" on the seminar venue page for your login.
2. Click the answer to the specific question to enter the answer page, click the "reply" link above the contents of the answer to enter the "reply" page, and put down your question and click "Submit". When it is done, the page will shift back to the seminar venue page.
