Heyuan City
Heyuan, a newly constructed city on the
Beijing-Kowloon Railway, lies in the north
of Guangdong Province. With Huizhou on the
south, Meizhou on the east, Shaoguan on
the west, Ganzhou of Jiangxi Province on
the north, Heyuan is a transit station joining
inland with the Pearl River Delta, also
the best breakthrough point of the industry
shifting of the Pearl River Delta. Heyuan
has a total area of 15,800 square kilometers
and a population of 3.25 million.

economic development, Three High (high quality,
high production and high efficiency) agricultures

export achieved US$ 160 million, with an
increase of 18.2%, the contractual foreign
investment was US$ 399.8 million, with an

the Beijing-Kowloon Railway when it
enters into Guangdong. The No.105 and
No.205 National Road run through the
whole city. The newly constructed Heyuan-Huizhou

Expressway and Heyuan-Meizhou Expressway
will make Heyuan the hub of transportation
